Welcome!


 My name is Elvis Arevalo,  I'm a father, husband, fluent in Spanish and English.  Personal trainer, certified under the National Academy of  Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2017.  Currently a Jujitsu practitioner, former obstacle course  racer and dance performer.   Motivated from personal involvement and as a  cancer survivor I owe it to challenging situations that builds character to keep moving forward in life.


I started Exercise3S with the hard working professional in mind.   Delivering Simple, Effective, Manageable Behaviors to keep you looking your best, feeling good and moving right for years to come.  Inspired by my personal experience as a professional artist myself  in a sedentary environment with long tedious hours. Striving to become healthy and happy.


As I became more involved in different training methodologies, participating in various individual sports and self experimentation (learn more)   

I learned how to build a strong, healthy, lean body.  Adapting behavioral change strategies and habits to hone in on nutrition and recovery and make this my vocation.   I now have the pleasure to share and assist other professionals like you  in doing the same for themselves as. Strive for a functionally active and healthy lifestyle.

My Qualifications and training routines:


Through the years, I have earned qualifications and specialties granting me the knowledge to train a  diverse  range of professionals in all career paths, in a variety of fitness modalities. I continue to educate myself, learning from my mentor and coaches in the community of fitness to provide my clients the best service. 


 I offer training programs for high caliber professionals knowing the importance of staying fit but with limited time.  Training programs for fitness enthusiasts and exercise programs focusing on women's fitness while avoiding bulk (Testimonials).  Building Firm, Strong, Capable bodies.


I will challenge you and you will develop a conditioned body to endure physical defiance, eat well and move properly, prevent injury and stay independently functional
