My name is Elvis Arevalo, husband, father, bilingual coach (English & Spanish), and founder of Exercise3S.
I’ve been a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2017, helping busy professionals build stronger, healthier bodies through practical and sustainable fitness. My coaching focuses on creating simple, effective, and manageable habits that fit real life — especially for adults balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, stress, and changing bodies.
My background includes Jiu-Jitsu, obstacle course racing, dance performance, strength training, and years of hands-on experience studying movement, recovery, nutrition, and behavioral change. But what truly shaped my coaching philosophy came from overcoming challenges myself.
As a cancer survivor and someone who has trained through ACL and meniscus injuries, fractures, and recovery, I understand firsthand what it means to rebuild both physically and mentally. Those experiences reinforced the mindset I live and coach by: Stronger Than Excuses
